People ask what inspired us to create Boutique Caravans -

English holidays

We walk our Golden Retriever along the beach on a misty afternoon, throwing sticks into the sea as our dog splashes in the surf.......or we spend a stimulating day sailing, biking or surfing.......In both cases we return to our holiday accomodation wet, tired and in need of comfort.

All Boutique Caravans are designed to fill the gap between traditional, cramped caravan accomodation and expensive brick built second homes, they provide the best of the caravan park locations and facilities with the comfort of a designer apartment or villa.

Downsize

When my kids grow up and leave home, I'm going to down size and boost my pension with some of the equity I have in my house. I can't think of a better environment in which to down size and retire than a secure, gated development? A place where I can truly lock-and-leave my home and spend some time travelling and visiting friends and family knowing that someone is keeping and eye on things for me.

Boutique Caravans can build me a home that is tailor made to my needs (it's like selling the people carrier and buying the two seater sports car!) - down size to a design classic. Their intelligent design will reduce my running costs as well.

Design

Traditionally 20th Century classic design is expensive - the Barcelona Chair, the Huff Haus......

Boutique Caravans, by respecting the best architectural proportions and by incorporating classic design features can build you a home that offers a respectful nod to these classics but is totally up to date with 21st Century economies and equipment. By building within 'mobile home' planning definitions our homes can be located in places where traditional buildings would not be permitted.

Boutique Caravans are a fusion of classic 20th Century Design and the very best 21st Century technologies within a modile home framework! That's why we insist on using that C word!
