All our designs can be built  'off chassis' and craned into position.

This means Boutique Caravans can become prefabricated garden offices, home extentions, conservatories, annex and pool houses. These structures are built to the same high standards in our factory and delivered to site ready to be connected to services.

A single unit can provide more space and cost less than an extension or loft conversion and the need for only a relatively small amount of groundwork and service preparation means that there is less mess and disruption on site. The work is completed quickly.

Boutique Caravans make great home offices or recreation rooms. They can provide extra space for the family as it grows, accommodation for returning students or young couples as they save to get on the property ladder. This could be the perfect way to keep an eye on Granny and Grandpa without them losing their independence.
