Boutique Caravans

HOW WE BUILD

The entire range of Boutique Caravans employ proven 21st century technology. We use modular steel super structures, structural insulated panels and argon filled k-glass, double glazed window walls. additional insulation is provided using the latest non toxic materials. Our most basic structures far exceed traditional caravan construction. Our priority is to lower energy use (low running costs). We use whole-house ventilators that harvest 70% of the heat in expelled air and transfer it into the incoming fresh air, thereby reducing the need for heating. Our chassis are constructed to BS3632 and can be supplied galvanised.

The details: Our homes display quality throughout - German fitted kitchens, Siemens appliances, and flooring options including engineered oak, welded rubber, or poured resin. Bathroom options include ‘tupaware’ wet-rooms, free standing baths, and wall hung loos. Lighting is subtle and carefully designed to maximise a sense of peace and comfort. Technology includes wi-fi, cat5 and remote switching and controls.

The flexibility: In accordance with the 'homes for life' building initiative the shell of each Boutique Caravan is completely self-supporting so that internal layouts are flexible and can be changed as your needs change. A one-bedroom single unit with an en suite and a dressing room/study can easily become a 2 bedroom unit with a family bathroom.

Make it Unique: If you like you can dictate the external finishes - fsc hardwoods, zinc, painted finishes, driftwood and printed photographic finishes are all available. How about an Indy finished in bleached-out driftwood and galvanized, corrugated tin!

Sedum and 'beach' roofs are available to encourage bio-diversity.

Solar thermal water heating. Air source heat pumps, electro-chromatic glass, photo voltaic panels, remote weather observation are all easily incorporated in a factory built home.
