Obviously our costs will vary according to the size and specification you require.

We can build basic single units (40ft x 10ft) from as little as £40,000 and basic doubles (40ft x 20ft) from around £70,000.

Get in touch to find out more. Once we have an idea of your requirements we can provide you with a floor plan, computer generated visuals and a detailed quotation for the size, design and specification of your choice.

Terms

Once you are happy with the size and layout you have selected we will require a 30% deposit to confirm your order. There will be a further 30% payment required when the home is water tight and nearing completion and the remaining amount should be paid before the home leaves our factory.

All prices are ex-works. We can recommend transport companies and would love to provide a quotation for instalation, landscaping etc. if you require.
