The Indy is everything a holiday home ought to be: warm and cosy when it needs to be and bright and breezy when the sun shines. Fully equipped to the highest standards, it can be customised to your precise requirements. The single unit is 3.9m wide by 12.2m long and can be laid out with one or two bedrooms, an office, a wet-room or a bathroom - leaving enough space for a large sitting room/kitchen. One end and half of one side have sliding glass window-walls allowing you to open the living room up fully on warm days.

Options include - A choice of layouts and finishes. Whole house ventilation. Underfloor heating. Low energy lighting. Solar water heating and many more.
